Election Day Voting

On Election Day, polls are open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Bastrop County uses countywide voting centers — you may vote at any location in the county on Election Day.

Accepted Photo ID

Texas law requires voters to present one of the following forms of photo identification at the polls.

Texas Driver's License
Texas Personal ID Card
Texas Election ID Certificate
Texas Handgun License
U.S. Military ID with Photo
U.S. Passport (book or card)
U.S. Citizenship Certificate with Photo

With some exceptions, IDs must be current or expired within 4 years.
